Please make sure to all my fellow student nurses (well all NHS professionals) self care is so so important, take regular breaks, your health is first because if your not there because your poorly, you can't help those who need you 😍 stay safe, holistically peeps xx

A #StudentNurse I know has a UTI because she’s been avoiding taking comfort breaks due to the guilt she’s feeling over ‘using too much PPE’.

It shouldn’t be like this @MattHancock - these students are cutting short their nurse education to help & are sacrificing their health.
