Le seul service au Cameroun qui mérite un 10/10 avec une mention excellent en ce moment c’est le service d’établissement des passeports (commissariats emi-immigration). Les locaux sont soignés, les policiers polis. Je suis franchement bluffé. C’est la première fois en 4 décennies d’existence que je vois pareille qualité de service dans un établissement public au Cameroun. Avant il fallait tchoko pour qu’on te montre l’endroit où il faut tchoko pour obtenir un passeport.
