@PaulTassi I hadn’t played since Lightfall, did the SW and a bunch of runs of Equilibrium for all the Praxic Blade pieces/upgrades. Now I’m just farming crucible.
@PaulTassi Might be worth mentioning:
Will eververse make purchasable all exclusive/event-locked cosmetics?
Will it now include open access to every set of every seasonal event reward?
And lastly, will there be a bulk dump of “read to launch” eververse content?
@Reave I think it’s so funny the sweaty players whining, looking over the fence at the reasonable players all cooperating and going “awwwwwww now fair.”
@KingdomComeRPG@Calimacil I . . . didn’t want to carry charcoal.
So when “for when whom the bell tolls” started . . .
I slaughtered the entire castle. Every living thing.
@ARCRaidersGame The ranked rewards should be offered (like any good competitive game) when the benchmark is met, not held until the season concludes. Your system encourages spoofing and pushing, lowering engagement in the early and mid season.
@MarathonDevTeam Again, you guys are listening to the players who are still playing: the sweats. The streamers are all gone, the mid-players are all gone, the casuals are all gone.
STOP. LISTENING. TO THE SWEATS.
We’ve lost almost all of our players, how many times can you make this mistake?
@IFrostBolt Can I suggest a “prestige” system?
Voluntarily, your entire inventory wipes. Your seasonal progress and factions reset, just like a seasonal reset. You are given one permanent additional row of vault space (8 spaces).
Like Hunt Showdown? They figured this out years ago.
@TheTrueVanguard Am I insane? The solution is staring us in the face: reduce the overall players per instance.
By like, a lot. The fights can still be sweaty, the hardcore players can still swamp the more casuals. But if the maps were a little more sparse on players?
@PorkPoncho The solution is so simple it’s maddening: smaller pools per encounter.
Cryo needs at least two less teams (total of 3), DM needs three less teams (total of 3 or 4), Perimeter needs one less team (total of 3 or 4).
It’s so obvious it’s painful. This crowded game is doomed.
