The scene the media inverted.... the infamous "Breaking and Entering" balcony scene we saw all over televisions in China.

1. The "vulnerable woman" is a trained Hunter with an issued firearm, on the phone with a colleague.

2. She shows ZERO fear. She approaches HIM. They banter.

3. HE ASKS HER PERMISSION to come in and he gives it.

4. Next shot: he's on her couch playing a block game while she gets a first aid kit to bandage his injured hand.

The big bad wolf, is actually super affectionate.

The media cut the clip at the balcony, before the consent, and told a nation it was a break-in... when this is a scene about trust.... they turned it into a headline about danger.

How can we trust Chinese games when the media holds such power?! It is clear to anyone who watches this that the wolf did no such thing as breaking and entering.

Yet, Papergames suffered for this.

I never expected Chinese culture to become such a meaningful part of my life.

I grew up in a Korean-Russian community, surrounded by rich traditions, customs, and history of my own. But appreciating my own heritage has never stopped me from being open to and embracing the cultures of other people.

Through Love and Deepspace, a creation of PPG, I was introduced to the beauty of Chinese culture in a way I had never experienced before. I was so inspired that I decided to travel to China myself. And I would be lying if I said I didn’t fall in love with the country.

Its ancient history, preserved through centuries, feels as though it lingers in the air itself. Everywhere I went, I was met with kindness, respect, and warmth. Not once did I feel like an outsider. I was welcomed with genuine smiles and generosity wherever I went.

That experience inspired me to start learning Mandarin so I could communicate with people more naturally and immerse myself even deeper in this remarkable culture and its long, fascinating history.

None of this would have happened if I hadn’t downloaded a game one day.

Some people may think, “It’s just a game. How could it possibly have such an impact?” But it can. And it did.

The people at PPG have accomplished something extraordinary. They created a world so compelling that it inspires people to look beyond the screen, to learn, to explore, and to develop a genuine appreciation for Chinese culture.

So please, hear our voices. See how much PPG has done to promote Chinese culture around the world. See how many people, like me, have been inspired to learn more, travel farther, and build meaningful connections because of the stories they created.

My journey to China began with a game, but what I found there was something real, something unforgettable, and something that will stay with me for the rest of my life.
