This da hong pao is about 2 years old, and I feel at the very peak of it's aging cycle.
It's not only sheng that improves with age.

The rooibos season is right around the corner, and it seems the quality is pretty good while the volume will probably be a bit lower.

I don't want any tea.
Somtimes usually late at night, i'll get some soothing chamomille instead. like teas not all camomille is created the same nor the calmth some provide.

Finally the top of the first flush of darjeeling is all in. Such delicate aroma and flavour, with all the pause the plantations got last year, goes too the quality of this years harvest.
