We began on August 9th, 2014. Come and join us each Saturday at 9.30 for a free jog, run, or walk. We're the flattest parkrun in Glengormley/Newtownabbey.🤣

The good Spring weather remained intact for event 542. The temperature seemed a bit cool at the start, but it ended up being deceptively warm. It's just as well that we run among the shade of the trees at various points. 163 was a super turnout. #loveparkrun #parkrunuk #parkrunie
