At Whittle we love creating an atmosphere where students of different grade levels to come together to learn and grow from each other. We love to see our "big kids" engage with our "little kids" - especially when the project is kindness!

A special shoutout to Mr. Littlefield and Ms. Oshman who brought history to life for our 10th grade students with a full day spent at Gettysburg. Their itinerary took them through the town to McPherson’s Ridge and more.

Last month, Dr. Shea’s IB Music class had an incredible experience attending the National Opera’s opening night performance of Carmen at the Kennedy Center. \We are proud to say they all have now become opera fans and already looking forward to the next one.

Your performance is DIRECTLY correlated to when you refuel and which of your four tanks you refuel. High performers need to refuel all four types of energy before you’re empty (and not always at the same time): Physical, Emotional, Intellectual, and Spiritual.
In honor of Lunar New Year, Whittle held its annual Spring Festival celebration last week. The day was filled with games, performances, and lessons on Chinese culture. It was an amazing way for the Whittle Community to come together! ✨🧧

Flashback to last month, Lower School students showcased their dancing skills as part of their language lessons. The students did an excellent job showcasing their talents as dancers, teachers, and leaders.

As a tight knit community, it's important that our students feel supported. One way of doing this is by highlighting their artwork throughout the building to showcase the amazing job they're doing inside the classroom! 🎨
