Athletes.
Leave your ego at the door of the gym.
It’s YOU vs YOU.
Quit caring about what people think.
Just put your head down and put in the work.
I promise it will payoff in the long run.

Have a plan everytime you workout.
Failure to plan your sessions can cause injury, or lack of fat loss.
Optimize your time & results by following a program!
Don’t go into the gym hoping for a good workout, make it happen.
Struggling to eat well throughout the week?
Experiment with your current “diet” by seeing how you can make each meal just a little bit better.
For example, if you LOVE macaroni, instead of cutting it out, try adding in a lean sausage!
Are you actually hungry or are you not drinking enough water…
-
Set daily water intake goals, hit them, and then you may end up actually losing that stubborn weight!
Diet Culture is toxic.
-
You don’t have to be rigid to be successful.
-
You don’t have to be skinny to be healthy.
-
You don’t have to follow unsustainable programs for the hope of losing a few pounds.
-
You CAN lose weight without following the diet culture mindset.
The best athletes are…
- the most patient ones
- committed to the entire process
- willing to go the extra mile to prevent & heal injury
- understanding of the fact that it’s just as much of a battle in the mind as it is in the body
Not having success with staying committed to a fitness regime?
It may be time to re-assess your goals.
Are they realistic for your lifestyle & abilities?
Realistic goals set you up for success while unrealistic goals set you up for failure & setback.
If, after a workout, you feel painfully sore for many days, don’t ignore it.
-
Painful soreness that lasts for multiple days is NOT good & does not do much to help you lose/gain weight & prevent injury!
