@a_verygood_name Counter objection, your honor, Guenivere's supposed unfaithfulness didn't occur until Chretien de Troyes work in the 12th century. If we are dismissing evidence based in the 12th century, then King Arthur has no claim for divorce on the grounds of unfaithfulness.
@kbkirtley Heya! I'm writing serials in a fantasy setting but instead of a big damn quest or the world ending it focuses on people coping with their traumas and building friendships (with a good dash of court intrigue because I can't help myself)
@CL_Hellisen It's a fantasy story that focuses on the friendship. There's no big damn quest, winter isn't coming. There's swashbuckling, but it's more about people and their traumas and their friendships and loves. With a good heaping potion of court intrigue because I can't help myself...
@_itsgeexoxo I'm glad it helped! It's really helped me with my anxieties. I usually imagine tucking them in a warm cozy bed! π

While social media is a powerful way to connect with large portions of readers, ultimately you are reaching individuals as many times as you have followers.
Who is your target individual?
#WritingCommunity#Writer#readersoftwitter
@sarahjrexford My target individual is someone with mental health trouble who needs to hear that they aren't broken. Heroes in stories are so often unscathed by the traumas they encounter without a single therapy session. I want to show that emotional trauma is as valid as physical trauma.
@NatalieKelda I use a pen name. It's mostly because I have anxiety and I can think of at least one relative that would bring a priest to cast out my demons if they read some of my writing... I write #UnepicFantasy and explore trauma, mental health, and LGBTQIA themes.
@_itsgeexoxo What I do: take a moment and pretend to holding your anxiety in your hand. Listen to what it has to say. What is it afraid of? The anxiety is valid, the thing it's worried over may or may not be real. Thank it for telling you, and imagine putting it away. I do this often!
@JWillows_Author Hey there! I'm writing #UnepicFantasy for a mature audience! Check out my first serial, The Double, on World Anvil! https://t.co/vO1GGmg9p4
This year has been really hard for me personally. I lost a very dear friend suddenly at the end of July, and since then I've been doing a lot of thinking about life and my goals. Thousands of dreams died with her loss. I decided my stories wouldn't be one of them.
