Ma société vient d'être victime hier d'une fraude à auteur de 500k EUR, les fonds ont été envoyés sur un compte Qonto (probablement ouvert avec un faux kyc).

Le support Qonto ne me répond plus, malgré la transmission de la copie de la plainte pénale et de tous les documents nécessaires. Comment est ce possible de ne pas agir plus vite dans ce genre de cas ?
