@amazonIN I was scammed by a seller who used Post to deliver a book. It took 2 weeks and still didn't arrive. I canceled order haven't received my refund. Your customer support has been unhelpful for 12 days, and the seller got away with my money. @DoC_GoI please look into this.

I ordered 4 milk, received only 3, and despite clear evidence, you’re denying a refund or redelivery. As a Swiggy One member with 3 recent orders totaling ₹783 in this week, why would I cheat for ₹34? Pathetic customer support! I will escalate this issue to the consumer forum.

the quality was abysmal!😡I'm disappointed with the quality of the SG leather balls I recently bought. The inconsistent bounce, and it started peeling . Total waste of money! I've only used them a few times and it is already falling apart. I'm not sure if I'll buy SG balls again.
