Today the market prices the entire fifteen airport company below the cost of rebuilding that one asset. Mohnish Pabrai owns 5 percent and refuses to sell.

Nobody has written a serious English analysis of this company. This is the first one. A hostile DCF built to kill the thesis. Verified concession dates. And two grades at the end that do not match.
