@potterybarn I received something I ordered today, and it was damaged. On top of the item was the previous customer’s return paperwork citing damage on the mirror. Customer’s name, address, order number, etc. were on this paperwork. This is proprietary info.

@potterybarn I should not have access to someone’s proprietary information. That’s a huge issue. Customer service just apologized and acted like it was not a big deal. Not only is this type of mistake costing your company money, someone’s info was compromised

If someone came to America uninvited, they have broken the law and if we ignore that, we degrade our entire system of order, justice, and good governance. You let this slide, and you get a society where no one stops you for stealing, burning cars, or destroying public buildings. In other words, you get California with all of its problems — a state that used to be, and still should be a paradise.

This isn't even to speak of the stress on the social services, schools, hospitals, and cultural unity.
