I am checking our ao3 submissions two or three times a day, but so far only have gotten one. I'm still hopeful there will be more though. Spread the word out!

Sinc last time went smooth w/o these measures, there's a level of trust in people following the rules to where making everyone now get approval before they could even post their fics felt overkill. But this is to be extra sure of a smooth event, and the options are both there.
