This voice assistant quietly makes him $15,900/month.
The guy in this video doesn't "chat" with AI.
He gives it jobs.
"Send proposals."
"Update Notion."
"Invoice the client."
Done.
Claude Code runs the workflows.
ElevenLabs speaks.
Deepgram understands.
Setup cost: under $150/month.
40 hours saved every week.
Everyone else is collecting AI tools.
He's building AI employees.
Save this.
Shri Shivaya Namastubhyam. 🙏🔱

Claude Code’s AI agents no longer work in isolation. They can now coordinate with each other.
One AI agent is still expected to plan the feature, write the code, review its own work, fix the bugs, and run the tests. The bigger the project gets, the more that single context window starts working against it.
Claude’s new Agent Teams changes that model. Instead of one overloaded agent, work is split across a coordinated team.
> A Team Lead assigns work and manages the workflow.
> Specialized agents focus on different parts of the project, like the frontend, backend, or database.
> Instead of routing every decision through one main session, agents can exchange information directly, solve dependencies between their tasks, and only involve the Team Lead when coordination is needed.
A single agent has to carry every file, every decision, every failed attempt, and every requirement inside one growing context window. As projects become more complex, that context becomes slower to process, more expensive to maintain, and easier to derail.
Every additional responsibility makes one agent slower. Splitting responsibilities keeps every agent focused on one problem instead of the entire project.
Instead of asking one AI agent to do everything, Claude is starting to treat software development like an actual engineering team.
