@Starbucks I was at your location inside of the @Target on 151 in San Antonio today. I was there at 530pm. I was with my 2 kids and the person making the drinks was talking about escorts and other inappropriate stuff loudly around my kids in a family store. This is unacceptable.

@RebeccaZamolo When you guys were doing that zoom call for your hot chocolate bundle. I did receive a DM, but I received it hours after I posted the receipt, and did not know that the zoom call was going to happen that day, so she missed it. She is heartbroken.

@Starbucks you guys never charged me extra for changing the type of milk in my drinks. I’ve ordered drinks and asked for a change in the milk used for medical reasons, and today you charged me $.70 to change it. So now people with lactose intolerance are getting penalized now?
