@AllKindsWeather Pft…
This is the beginning of the end of uf athletics.
You can’t have your best player from a great-but-not-elite team walk because he wasn’t paid enough. You just can’t let that happen. It’s the sign of an unserious program.

@AllKindsWeather He’s going because he can. Florida is no longer the big dog in that conference. Texas, Georgia and LSU run things now because they have way more money than Florida. Get used to the new normal.
@AllKindsWeather Translation… I’m gonna go somewhere else because I can. At this point the gators to just drop down to the all-American conference and turn toward intermural sports.
@AllKindsWeather DONT wanna go down that road… Never forget Spurriers first national championship season still has a loss to FSU… I personally won’t forget being in uf stadium in 2013 at noon, with a half empty crowd watching FSU make your secondary look like a bunch of high school kids.
@LoMflim5s@AllKindsWeather Makes even less sense now. A year and a half ago (2024) UF was swept by FSU. It would seem to me we thought they were very important back then.
@LoMflim5s@AllKindsWeather Make up your mind, dude… Are they important or not. If they are… Recognize the strength of the FSU brand to overcome it. If they’re not don’t brag about sweeping them. Can’t have it both ways.
@AllKindsWeather You’re correct on both counts. Further proves what I’ve been saying… You are now irrelevant in your conference. Much like Florida State is in the ACC.
You used to be respected. You used to run that conference. Now you’re a glorified Mississippi State.
@AllKindsWeather I agree. And when I was in the swamp and I saw Jimbo treat your team like a high school junior varsity I knew he was the guy for us.
Kelvin Benjamin, running through six of your dudes was something glorious.

@GatorScope The only thing you own is a losing record to lower than average SEC TEAMS. ( and a loss to little brother usf”.
We might be down, but you will be an “also ran” in a conference you use to dominate.
