@ScotRail am livid. I bought a round trip from Leuchars to Gateway leave Oct 1 to return Oct 7. I go to use my ticket and the VERY Surly Scotrail rep at Gateway is not only completely unhelpful she tells me I get ZERO DISCOUNT with my Club 50 card. I’d like a credit #badservice
