@nectarsleep @Intrepid587 I’m done jumping through hoops. 10 different photos with the same results. Excuse after excuse. Back issues and shoulder issues are indicative of a mattress no longer giving support. I don’t just wake up one day wanting to jump through warranty hoops if nothing was wrong.

Hey people just a bit of FYI if you’re looking for a mattress stay away @nectarsleep the warranty is a joke! They’ll do everything possible not to honor it. Comfort of the customer base isn’t on their list of priorities.

@nectarsleep @Intrepid587 Yeah I’ve already talked with another customer service rep and the same non sense was given. Same run around same “ we value our customers “ same dodging warranty. I don’t call and waste my time unless there’s a reason.
