@RapidResponse47 @mirandadevine SCOTUS should always interpret the Constitution according to it's original intent. If that interpretation could go one way or another it should never be assumed in a way that harms the nation or citizens. Birthright citizenship is harmful, SCOTUS should have decided differently.

@TheJusticeDept @mirandadevine Travel Visas shouldn't be given to women that are pregnant unless they declare that neither they nor their child will accept or claim USA citizenship in any form. Also, if they stay beyond their Visa term they will have no citizenship claim unless they apply by the normal process

We must have citizen only voting or our grandchildren won't have a constitution to protect them. We must defend it now!!

@GenFlynn @realDonaldTrump If Trump/Reps were trying to rig an election several federal judges would step in to halt the process and block the steps that allow cheating. When California does it no federal judge makes a peep. How was this voting process ever approved by the courts? There must be a review!

@John_Lawlz @guypbenson Michael Flynn, Roger Stone, Rudy Giuliani, Steve Millar, Donald Trump Jr, Eric Trump, and there were a lot more with names that aren't recognizable that were falsely accused, legally harassed, lost jobs, lost reputations were thrown into debt all because of over or false charges.

@John_Lawlz @guypbenson It is not illegal to go into the capital. There were officers directing people into some of the off limits areas. Quite a few of those people were arrested even though the officers led them in. Others defended themselves from being trampled and were arrested. Truth will be known

@John_Lawlz @guypbenson Body cam showed officers shooting flash bangs into nonviolent crowds. I'm getting the feeling you would not admit that. People who committed crimes should be punished but the innocents and there were many should not be punished. You can't see the difference. Open your eyes

@John_Lawlz @guypbenson If you watch the body cam footage you will see flash bangs launched into nonviolent crowds, others escorted by capital police. Many of those escorted, injured in crowds, falsely accused or not even present were charged, put in jail and had large legal fees. Restitution is due

@SharylAttkisson I have very serious doubts that aliens exist. I don't see any evidence in our solar system. It would take nearly 7000 yrs for them to fly here at 400kmph from our closest star if that star even has a solar system containg any life forms. The Milky Way is huge, chances are slim!

I don't believe the process of vetting claimants has been established. That will happen and vetting will avoid fraud. It won't be run by governors or mayors. I think it will be very fair when decided.

@nypost @SharylAttkisson Jet engines burns fuel to produce the power to fly. When fuel burns it produces CO2 and H2O as exhaust. What you see is at 35,000 feet it is -50°F the H2O instantly turns to ice crystals. If you don't like seeing ice trails in the sky turn the engines off. Blue sky but no planes.
