@mick2_666 the couple in the park right around the corner knows me though. I go for a walk here every morning and they have been here ever since I moved to the city. that's why I can get relatively close without them going crazy (not when the hatchlings are small though)

there's another couple on a different pond who just hatched a bunch of them. sadly, usually only a few survive because of the crows - they vendetta each other
