Mew : I’ve been spending a lot more time working out. I used to work out three times a week, but now it’s probably five or six times a week, with only one day off. Whenever I go abroad for filming or anything else, I try to bring workout equipment with me because if I take even a short break, my muscles start to lose their shape.

🗣️: You must be really disciplined to maintain your physique.
Mew : I have to keep it up. Lately, I’ve started looking for workout equipment, like resistance bands, that I can pack in my suitcase. When I’m staying at a hotel, I just take them out and work out.

Mew : I feel like working out helps balance the chemicals in my body, which makes it easier for me to concentrate on work and keeps me healthy. When I go to different countries, the time zones keep changing, making it hard to get enough rest. And then there’s the food too. If I don’t work out, I think my body would get even worse, so I feel like… 😲 Sorry! 🙏🏻

Mew : I think working out helps me maintain my physique.

🗣️: Are you more satisfied with your physique now than ever before?
Mew : Yes. I feel like this is the healthiest I’ve ever been, both physically and mentally. I feel really good, and I still want to work out even more.

Mew : I get excited whenever I surprise him.
🗣️: You still get excited? Do you have to spend a long time planning each surprise? Because he might start catching on.
Mew : Sometimes I tell him I have work, and he doesn’t really mind. What I was most worried about when I secretly went to surprise him at his house was that he might not be home 😂
