It's official!! Went straight from the gym to file my declaration of candidacy for Rhode Island Senate District 15! This is real now - and I couldn't be more ready to fight for Pawtucket and Providence. Thank you to everyone who has supported me up to this point. Let's go! 🌻

If elected into the Rhode Island State Senate, I'll work to raise academic standards, ensure every education dollar is spent effectively, and give parents a real seat at the table and a meaningful voice in their children's education.

Did you know that only 15% of students in Pawtucket are proficient in math? Or that only 19% can read at grade level?
Those numbers aren't just statistics.
They represent thousands of children being left behind.
I'm running for RI State Senate in District 15 because our families deserve better than a government that treats them like an ATM.
If you believe in our mission, $25 makes a real difference. Chip in today: https://t.co/Ha0gZPicVG
I'm doing an Ask Me Anything! Drop your questions in the comments below and I'll be making video responses to as many as I can.
The questions can be related to policies, why I'm running, what I'd do differently at the State House, or anything else on your mind (within reason)
Politicians in Rhode Island are pushing Ranked-Choice Voting and calling it a "smarter" way to vote. But a Princeton University study found that it disproportionately reduces minority voters' influence.
Any system that does that isn't "smart."
It's a problem.
@CharlesHilton86 Hi Charles! So sorry I missed this! My top priorities are getting the state budget under control (cutting government waste) lowering taxes, supporting local business owners, improving our schools (getting back to the basics!) and expanding mental health support... 1/2
Happy Mother’s Day to all the incredible moms across Rhode Island and beyond! 💛

Ranked-Choice Voting is just one of the issues I'm fighting against in District 15. If you believe Rhode Islanders deserve fair elections where every vote counts equally, chip in $25 to help us win. 👉 https://t.co/H1Ufmre4na
