@AmericanAir - had the worst check-in experience in history this morning at DCA. Had the worst boarding experience in LAX. Gosh. Never again. You remain the worst airline in America.
@TMobile - sad 2 see how u prey on the elderly. My elderly dad called on 7/22 to cancel, u gave him complex instructions he didn’t understand & apparently continued to charge him. I called today 2 follow-up & even I was confused! That’s called preying on the elderly. #shameful

@UberEats - busy mom of toddler here. Placed order @ nearby pizzeria. Delivery kept getting “delayed.” 2hrs later, still nothing. No responses from delivery guy. Called uber & they only offered to cancel - no comp for this unacceptable experience! Done w/ Uber Eats!
@qatarairways - still waiting for a response from travel issues with your company. It’s been 4 months & counting. I can only imagine how your company got your “awards.” Worst airline ever.
@MarriottBonvoy I’m a mom w/ 2 small kids staying @ the Renaissance & I got completely overlooked when I tried to order beverages @ the lobby bar. So disappointing, waitress helped everyone except for me & the place isn’t even busy. Sigh.

@BoschGlobal - bought Bosch dishwasher & broke down right b4 thanksgiving. Called 4 service, apptmt 2 wks later! Technician charged exorbitant fee but did not put equipment back 2gether properly. New apptmt 3 wks later so no dishwasher during Xmas 😡. Horrible. Don’t buy Bosch.
Worst experience renting temp furniture from @_inhabitr_ in DC. Crappy furniture, worst cust serv. They were 5hrs+ late delivering & didn’t provide sheets after assuring me they would. 5 days later, they’re still“look into it.” Better buy new ikea furniture & donate instead.
