Today I have encountered the same issue again and it is really disheartening to see this. I do not trust this brand anymore and I don't want anymore repairs, I would just like my money back and take the watch away from me. @gonoise , please do better.

Big tech companies in India have forgotten about customer service. @gonoise, I purchased a smartwatch in April this year and in July I sent it for repair due to its display issue, after receiving i encountered a different issue and I sent it again and yesterday I received it.
