I've done a thing! Available to everyone is a guide to everything currently available for the 15th Doctor, from comics to books to the episodes themselves, curated by Me!
@Cassperture You do not need to know that many trans people to know that for a lot of them this is just a regular word in their vocabulary. Definitely a higher use rate amongst rural and/or chronically online people
@Tales_TimeLord RTD, after getting yelled at for calling a site that has been recognised by World Governments as being a cesspool of bile a "Hate site"
@BarbaraYetaxa Is he part of a long list of Fatphobic JKR characters? Yes. Does that mean they should completely override that part of the character to deny a plus sized man a high profile (if very ill-advised) role? God no
@OZChris774 No Who logo in history has been worse. Even 13's at least has "I can see what you're going for, I just don't like it" 7's feels like its trying to be a luxury cruise
@NeilBeforeMemes I had a similar idea, but the entire conceit is "UB prints of cards that first appeared in a UW set." It would tilt everyone who despises UB but they cannot, truthfully, say that I'm not playing Magic
As sad as it is to see a memorial to one of the best Queer characters in TV history being taken down after 16 years, it is very funny to me that not even an official announcement can will themselves to acknowledge Miracle Day exists
From Cardiff Bay Management
"It has been a great tribute to a wonderful show that ended in 2009. Mermaid Quay has been happy to support since then. This area has other plans now I'm afraid."
I'm glad show and film creators are choosing to be more faithful to source material these days but then I see the world's most expensive cosplay being passed off for prestige TV and I start to understand the 2000's more
@BarbaraYetaxa The expansion of Rock and Roll to include 2000's Pop Rock feels natural, non-Rock rap has been joining the ranks and its been a very good addition
@BarbaraYetaxa So it turns out they did but not on the broadcast, just to the attendees for cameras started rolling
In retrospect, it probably would've helped to have it on the broadcast too
I genuinely dont know how you could pick anything except Utopia for this. The other three were either incredibly obvious or bad, but everything about Yana being the Master was both shocking AND good drama
@BarbaraYetaxa Ironically, Hamnet works best as if you treat its approach to history the same way Shakespeare approached history; as a vessel to wrap a story around
@BarbaraYetaxa Theres a version of this episode thats phenomenal and its one that recognises that the Doctor can sit out of the spotlight for an episode
@BarbaraYetaxa You see, Yaz has just discovered that shes the product of an interfaith marriage, one done in active defiance Britain's partition and family members seeking to root out outsiders, ultimately resulting in her fathers death
So naturally its the Doctors reaction that matters most
