@tim_cook While you are being so innovative, keep in mind the quality which is deteriorating, the way your devices is getting heated up not when what will explode. A few calls is boiling the iPhone so badly with no resolution.

@AppleSupport @tim_cook - not sure why apple is failing to upload the software updates, after every update under ios 17 the battery takes a big hit. My phone battery charge dropped 18% is less than 2 hours with normal calls and screen time. The phones is warm

@Apple iPhones have really become substandard, every software update hits the battery badly. I just updated to the 17.2, from then the battery is draining fast and phone heats up.

@Apple @tim_cook massive improvement in the iPhone 14 Plus battery, after a software restore and update on 17.1.1 the battery drain issue is turned around. Thanks to apple

@Apple @tim_cook the IOS 17 is a massive failure, it gave a few good cosmetic and screwed the core, the battery drains off quite quickly a few calls and phone heats up. What’s the plan now, to run a battery program and drain the wallet as well ????

@9to5mac Proof to substantiate my point. The charging is held due to temperature issues. Now Apple is releasing 17.2 ios for addressing a wifi issue, why not the heating up and battery drain issues.
