Today marks the beginning of the pre-hiatus week. I wanted to take an opportunity to return to some old favorites, as well as I'm excited for Friday's collab event!

But first, as usual we'll start the week off with some Pixel Art.

Following that, we return to the house of the Sanderson's and our beloved Chibi-Robo! There's still plenty of toy friends to help, and a house to clean!

On Thursday, one last hurrah in the pit. I intend to break that slot machine like its never been broken before. Mark my words.

Then on Friday, we've got a very special collab day with friends where we'll be diving into the sadistic-yet-scuffed Crab Game, then taking an opportunity for some crab fishing (among other fishing) in How to Fish! Still getting the full list together of everyone that will be joining!

Hi everyone, important announcement!

Over the weekend, I heard of reports that my model artist is affiliated with an art broker account that's engaged in unethical practices, something that VGen has specifically been cracking down on lately.

Due to this, I have decided that I will need to acquire a new model, and have already begun the process. Additionally, I will be removing any other art I received from them from my socials.

This is especially heartbreaking, because I actually had two new outfits ready from them, both of which were designed by Pit Crew community members, and one I was planning on revealing soon.

I've already been in touch with a very talented and skilled artist who's work I trust, and I'm very excited about what's in store already!

That being said, getting a new model made will take some time, so this won't be a short process. Which brings me to my next point.

I've got a lot of stream related projects in the works right now, but due to a lack of time to dedicate to them, work has gone fairly slow. I've been considering taking a break from streaming to focus on them for a while, but couldn't figure out when the timing might be right. With this new information that's come to light, I think now is the perfect time.

So as of November 7th, I will be taking a break from regular streaming activities.

I still want to leave myself open for small streams here and there, possibly updates of what I'm working on, some Pixel Art, and I still want to be available for anyone wanting to invite me to collab streams. I just won't be outlining regular weekly schedules as normal. If I do end up streaming, I'll make sure to give advance notice. I also want to make an effort into being present in other communities and supporting each other while I'm away.

I'm not entirely sure yet how long the hiatus will be for. I've got an estimate on how long the model art will take, but I don't want to put that in writing myself yet to allow the artist the flexibility they need.

Despite the setbacks, I believe this will end up being a net positive change for both me, and the community. And to that end, I think that the future is bright.

It has come to my attention that my model art is a broker (someone who sells other people’s art as there own) and has been banned off of vgen. I do not support this at all and my model sibling and I are super upset and angry at the situation. I have decided to cut back on using

So i commissioned this live2D model about a year ago from Burgirl (THEY DID NOT DESIGHN MY CHARACTER WHATSO EVER) They only made the live2D model

I commissioned this around the time i first started streaming, before i even knew what i was really doing. i just thought "Oh Hey I'm getting it from vgen so it must be fine!" I had no idea they were a broker or even what a broker was.

My experience working with them was lowkey a nightmare (especially with it being one of my first big commissions), the communication was awful, and they didn't give me a handful of the stuff i wanted while also half assing some of the toggles/emotes/illustrations that came with the model.
I ended up just taking it as a lesson, biting the bullet and decided to only use about half of the emotes and the live2d model. i never used any of the backgrounds or illustrations cuz they were pretty bad/weren't what i wanted. I never commissioned anything from them again. and did a lot of research on my potential artists going forward.

Since then I've grown a small community, and I've been planning to get a new model at some point in the future while also slowly replacing the emotes that i did use from them, I've been saving up money for this.

One of my friends pointed out not long ago that my vtuber artist was a broker, i had no idea what that even meant. With everything that's happened recently with vgen, I've been able to learn extensively what all that's been happening. & I'm devastated to say the least, im getting red of all remaining emotes from these people & going forward with my model, i do have a customizable chibi model that i will start to use more, but i still am going to use this main model here and there for the time being until i can get a new model.

I have A LOT of streamer friends who are artist on vgen that i support and love so this hits rlly hard. I do not Support what has been happening when it comes to these brokers. Going forward i will do better with who i work with. i am very passionate about streaming, even with my small community this has been one of the best/most fun years of my life, so im sorry to my community, my artist homies & to others effected by this.

Then Friday, getting back into the Routine! I've had a lot of fun with it, and I think it's been an excellent game to play for the spooky season!
