Reality Check of the Most Hyped Pan Indian Projects!!

The ₹500 crores and ₹600 crores OTT figures being circulated online for these much hyped projects appear to be nothing more than PR driven narratives.

One highly anticipated pan Indian project makers initially asked around ₹500 crores for its digital rights. The asking price was later revised to ₹350 crore, and OTT is now Renegotiating for a deal below ₹250 crores.

A similar situation is unfolding with another big budget film featuring a Telugu star. Despite the initial PR around a ₹600 crores OTT deal, current offers are said to be below ₹200 crore.

The OTT market has clearly slowed down, with platforms becoming far more cautious about big ticket acquisitions.
