We are really disappointed as I ordered iPhone 11pro max through Amazon and box was empty. We complained by app but they said we can’t help you we contact courier they said it’s not their fault.kindly see

@AmazonHelp We already filled A-to-a claim for the order they asked us to send parcel back once we send they refund $1 and asked us for police complaint but police is denying for this they said it’s not their job
