@GoFirstairways my flight was cancelled on 3rd of May and the same day I received an email that the refund has been initiated which to me was convincing. I have contacted your customer team so many times and have received the same status that refund is still not processed
and when I ask for timelines you people give the same reply “our team will contact you once it is processed”. It has been so long now and still no update. I want you to take a look at this and process my refund asap. #gofirst@MoCA_GoI

This is my complaint regarding an incident I faced while travelling with @IndiGo6E . My flight was from Kanpur to Bangalore on 15th of January 2023. I had a check-in baggage which was under 15 kgs and a hand baggage which came out to be 11 kgs which I did not know beforehand.
I just want to address that this behaviour of Indigo is not right at all and I have been witnessing it since a very long time. The flight tickets for Indigo are usually cheaper than other flights but you guys end up taking money by making issues with our luggage etc etc.
People are sometimes travelling put of town and are kept waiting to receive the parcel. And why in this era you guys don’t have a contact number to help your customers? What kind of pathetic service is this. #worstdeliverycompany#delhivery
@help_delhivery@delhivery You already have my reported problem in your DMs. 2 of my parcels are stuck with you. The problem with your process is that neither you share a toll free or any such number where customers can reach out to you neither you guys care about your customers.
And your website shows item out for delivery but at the end of the day it shifts to the next day and the reason is given as the “consignee did not answer the call for verification “ WHICH IS A LIE. You don’t call the customer and then keep on delaying the parcel.

What world are you living in that your toll free numbers or any number is inactive. Covid is long gone but we hear the same reason for numbers to be not working. If this continues I am pretty sure there will be no customer left to cater to.
