Even after repeated follow-ups, only apology messages and failed call attempts are being cited instead of providing point-wise written clarification.
This kind of vague and non-transparent customer support is unacceptable for a banking service handling financial transactions.
@runkarthikrun Not entirely correct. An insurance claim that is three years old cannot be rejected merely based on a photo showing alcohol consumption. More importantly, nearly 99% of term insurance policies do not list alcohol consumption as an exclusion.
