Recent flew from New Delhi to JFK (AI 101) in air India. Horrible experience flying with them. Broken seat, broken arm rest and entertainment screens not working. What is someone suppose to do in a 13 hour flight without entertainment screen? @airindia

@pcmancini @airindia I flew from New Delhi to JKF in march, I had a confirmed business class ticket on me. Once I went to the counter they said we are down grading you to economy because the armrest of the business class is not working. Luckily after fighting for couple of hours - they could fix.

@VisheshCC @airindia Sir, these Boeing aircraft’s are now 14 years old. I really hope they can get them changed soon. It was a bad experience this time though and the funny part is entire economy class was stuck without the entertainment screens.
