What sort of Joke is this ? My parcel was packed on 5th Aug 2024 and arrived in Nagpur on 8th Aug since then it is being to & fro moved between S.O in Nagpur. I have not received a single call from your representative in case there is any issue with address

No respect to valuable time being wasted, I don’t understand when the consignment has reached the destination city, why is it not being delivered ??

Train No. 07574 from SC to NZM was delayed from originating station, It was supposed to arrive at 06:55,I have a connecting train from NGP in Train No. 12129 at 09:55. Please Kindly help.

Train no. 07574 was supposed to depart from SC at 22:30 but is yet to start from source stn. Many people have connecting trains. Please kindly confirm when will this train depart? Also Wrong AC coach attached in train.

Train No. 12194 from JBP to YPR is delayed by more than 3 hrs and still stuck at Itarsi Jn since past 1 hour. Kindly please clarify the reason for such stoppage of the train despite already being delayed. When is it expected to reach NGP?

@amazonIN, My Order with tracking id:158755310742 was supposed to be delivered yesterday before 10AM. But till now has not been out for delivery. Worst part is that your customer support agents are as helpless and clueless as the customer & keep making false commitments. Pls Help

 Help me know status of my consignment M26452398. Customer care no. as mentioned on the website is not valid & no response is being provided for my mails.

Status was Out for Delivery on 16.06.2023, 14:24. But the status changed to Consignment Redirected at 15:46.

Dear @Airtel_Presence you have the most pathetic customer service. Your service engineer does not pick up the call & you do not reply to DM.
I had raised an installation request, the service engineer (Rohan Patil) had fixed appointment at 6pm but now is not picking up the call.

@Akshubhamak @reliancejio @airtelindia All the best getting your @Airtel_Presence broadband installed. Once they get your money they won't even pick up your call and your appointment will keep getting rescheduled everyday.
Same is happening with a lot of us brother.

It was a mistake choosing Airtel over the competitors. Very poor customer service.
