Hi @AmericanAir , your flight AA293 on 1/29 got cancelled due to a storm. No flight rebooking alternatives on the app, no updates and customer care doesn't pickup for solid 20 minutes(and running). Any help would be very much appreciated. (1/3)

@AmericanAir Your crew didn't seem to be from AA, gave us the customer care number and a kind "figure it out yourselves". They had no clue about the options, if we need to get covid tested again, IF there is even a flight in the near future. I guess @united was the way to go!
