𝗙𝗼𝗼𝗱 𝗦𝗮𝗳𝗲𝘁𝘆, 𝗧𝗿𝗮𝗶𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗖𝗲𝗿𝘁𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 (𝗙𝗼𝗦𝗧𝗮𝗖) 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗴𝗿𝗮𝗺𝗺𝗲

In continuation to the Department's efforts towards capacity building of government staff in food safety aspects, a FoSTaC training session was conducted for ��𝗻𝗴𝗮𝗻𝘄𝗮𝗱𝗶 𝘁𝗲𝗮𝗰𝗵𝗲𝗿𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗵𝗲𝗹𝗽𝗲𝗿𝘀 𝗶𝗻 𝗝𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗮𝗼𝗻 𝗱𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗶𝗰𝘁 on 12th Mar 2025.

A total of 100 participants have attended the training session, focused on precautions to be taken in selection and storage of raw material, food preparation guidelines and the hygiene and sanitary requirements as per Schedule 4 of FSS Rules and Regulations 2011.

@SirJambavan its a tradition in many villages to boil the milk as it not pastuerized and milk is collected from animals and supplied directly to households .unlike in cities where milk is transported to a diary where milk is pasteurized cooled and filled in packets and sold .
