BOM has announced its impressive Q3 results.Others will also follow soon. Govt will take credit for banks performing well. RBI will insist for more provisions for rainy days. But the trend, model and performance is not sustainable on long run. Banks need people based approach.

Banking business increased manifold from 2013 to 2023. Bank branches are increased substantially for the last ten years. Per employee business in PSBs increased like anything. Staff decreased in banks.Hence we demand immediate recruitment in Banks.
