Recently, Professor Swift hosted Charisse Ledres from Lamisa Events LLC in her Food Cultures of the Diasporas class. Charisse and her assistant prepared a traditional breakfast feast that would be served in a Filipino household. For more info, check out this thread

Through this program, I had the chance to develop my social confidence and independence through conducting fieldwork around Gozo as we interacted with the town and the people.
