I do not want to stop supporting the artists, voice actors, and devs who have worked hard on this game when I can see effort to change this issue happening. I will continue to play for now and wait to see if they continue down the path of AI or reform.

After looking into it, I have seen that though they did not keep to their timeline of removing all AI before release other players have seen AI art being replaced with real art with each patch.
