It was fun while it lasted but we're out of the running for the gold. We have a great team though and I would love to return in four years with more great talent from the Dutch whether from the FBA or from abroad.

I know, being Dutch and all, that Thanksgiving isn't a thing where I'm from. But getting together with friends/family over a huge feast, especially in Hawaii, is something I can get into.

Been back home with the fam for a while then returned to get a full tour of Hawaii.

May have been to a festival or two along the way...

Overall a perfect decompression from the season. Now I'm ready for the next one!

That was a rough but hard fought series. Everyone on the team worked to their fullest so I won't call it a complete loss. We know what we have to do for the next season and we will be back here next year taking home the trophy.
