One.

And then come and say street and stray dogs are not a problem.
Till then - please STFU.

Your mother is scared to lift dumbbells? Tell her how easily she lifts that 2-3kg vegetable bag. She can easily lift a 5kg dumbbell

We have coached more than 200 parents over the last few months, and here are some key findings that may help you support your parents in becoming healthier and stronger as they age.

A girl puts up with a lot before she finally lets go. She forgives you, looks for solutions, tries to keep the relationship stable, swallows her pride, starts the conversation, and even closes her eyes to certain things…

But bro, I’m going to tell you something: the day that girl discovers her true worth, her self-love, and says, “Today was the last time,” you can know you’ve lost her forever, champ.

Firstborn daughters may have a mean/tough demeanor; however, this is usually only a defensive mechanism because they've had to be strong for a long time. When you get to know them, you realise that they are the softest, kindest, and most loving people you will ever meet.

My uncle (78), his wife (73) & sister (75) travelled on Vande Bharat on 10 Jan 2026 (PNR 4331464519). Disembarking at Krishnarajapuram was harrowing.
The train stopped at the outer platform and exit was only via a foot overbridge.

Such men get worse after marriage. Zero effort and celebrated for their existence. Pampering by girls parents adds to the mindset

[Dr. Priyam Bordoloi @DocPriyamMD]

Arranged marriage is a safety net for the socially stunted and a bailout for men who never bothered to develop a personality. Without it, half of Indian men would be single forever.

I have dozens of friends who are just waiting for a "wife delivery" from their parents because they can’t hold a sane conversation with a woman. They have no idea how to flirt, how to impress, how to respect, or even how to make a girl smile and keep her happy.

They have no clue how a relationship works; some of the things they say are mind-blowing in the worst way and better left unsaid online. Worse, they harbor so much hatred for guys with girlfriends and shame girls for dating, simply because they lack the basic social intelligence to get into a relationship themselves.

I travelled to NMIA on day one and my experience wasn't THIS bad. But it's true that it currently suffers from teething troubles. A honest, detailed account of my experience there.

1. Upon landing, there was access to mobile network inside the plane, outside terminal building (people's phones were ringing). The trouble starts inside the terminal building where mobile coverage is next to zero. But then, inside the terminal building is also where you need mobile connectivity the most post landing. NMIA should have sorted the mess with operators and fixed the in building coverage well before opening up the airport. Landing in a terminal with zero mobile coverage is kind of retarded. This is inexcusable.

2. The airport is still work in progress. Several areas are still active construction zones. But these are hidden well from arriving passengers. The arrival concourse and baggage areas are all complete. No issues there. I didn't fly out from the airport so I am not sure about the departures area

3. Design wise, CSMIA T2 is way more impressive. Then again, this is not a bad looking airport. However, having experienced CSMIA and BIAL, this will look less impressive.

4. With no mobile coverage inside the terminal, you have to rely on Adani-provided WiFi to do even basic things like hailing a cab. When I was there, cabs were easily available (this was around 2 pm). You encounter a second issue when the cab arrives. Because there's no network, there is no way to communicate with the driver because he has no network either. When I was there, Adani staff were standing in the basement instructing taxi drivers to connect to the WiFi. When he connected, I was able to message him via the ride hailing app and asked him which pillar number he was close to. But yes, this part is a complete mess for non tech savvy users.

5. Connecting to the WiFi is another issue that has been much talked about. The official messaging from the airport is that one needs a WhatsApp based OTP to connect to the Wi-Fi. In reality, that wasn't the case. I and many others were able to connect to WiFi without the need for any authentication. Now, this will open another can of worms centered around privacy, number sharing, and security surrounding open WiFi networks. However, in the interest of passengers, keeping it open was a good move instead of being dependent on an OTP based verification in a no network zone. Of course, having a working mobile network in pace would be a far more passenger friendly.

My take:
NMIA has real issues -- especially mobile connectivity-- but none of them are deal-breakers. This feels like an airport that opened a few months too early, not a dysfunctional one. Fix the network mess, and most of the current complaints disappear overnight.

if you choose A WORKING WOMAN, you must accept that she CANNOT manage a house full time by herself. if you choose A HOUSEWIFE who can take care of and manage the household completely, you need to accept that she DOES NOT MAKE MONEY and you will have to provide for everything. if you choose a SUBMISSIVE WOMAN, you should accept that she DEPENDS on you to lead. if you choose to be with a STRONG WOMAN, you should accept that she is STUBBORN and has her own thoughts and ways

Take the train folks!

[Pune Mirror @ThePuneMirror]

Massive traffic jam hit the Pune–Mumbai Expressway today, leaving thousands of commuters stuck for hours. Holiday travel pushed the highway beyond its limit. Vehicles barely moved as traffic piled up from early morning. Families, office-goers, and emergency travelers were all affected. No clear diversion plan. No quick response.

This isn’t bad luck. This is poor planning. The same problem repeats every holiday, and commuters keep paying the price.

@vivekguptaa As a fitness coach who knows not to deviate, what would you attribute your 5kg gain to?
Is it eating adding to waist?
Is it fluid retention?

If you have someone in your life who cooks food for you with love, then you are very lucky !!

We are getting our flat redone, which is near the IT sector of Hyd. My trusted carpenter told me a truth which I was already aware of. The young crowd, the single and married people who are working in IT jobs, they hardly use their kitchens. Their kitchens are very basic. They mainly use their kitchen to heat the swiggy/zomato food.

Today, met a young 24 woman who is my patient since last 5 years, she is employed too. She said the same - hardly any of her friends (female and male) know how to cook. My patient is lucky - she loves to cook, hence cooks well.

Cooking - a skill which is slowly being forgotten or outsourced. Hence, we are seeing the rise in metabolic diseases.
