HELP! Essex Childminder. Govt 3/4 year rate is being underfunded (under the local provider rates, almost £2 per hour some areas) with no way to charge the actual loss. Providers are in turmoil, contemplating stopping offering across the country.

@puddmasterflash @ubereats_uk Dreadful how Ubereats can get away with it. Delivered my order to the McDonald's it came from, not to me! Trustpilot full of awful reviews for them.

@ubereats_uk No refund! Policy is no refund when it's clear we did not get the delivery. Delivered it to McDonald's due to their app putting a store in! No way to correct. Drivers (3) took no notice of the messages so don't bother! Company won't provide a copy of complaints/escalation policy

@ubereats_uk absolutely disgusted with Uber eats. Refusing to refund a delivery order this evening when their app was the issue. Repeated messages to about 3 different drivers to notify them of the correct address went unanswered and then hung up on by one. 0 customer service.
