It’s finally Welsh Castles Relay weekend!!!
Welsh Castles Relay is a team race from Caernarfon Castle in North Wales to Cardiff Castle in the South. Each team has 20 runners. 10 legs run on Saturday and 10 on Sunday. We like to make a big deal about this one.Let the fun begin!!!

Our 2nd club championship race of the year was the Hospice of the Valley 6 miler in Parc Bryn Bach. Tough little route, more elevation than the Richard Burton 10k. But we had fun. Really nice, well organised local event put on by @HOTVFundraising
