SAFE HAVEN (5.2%): Brewed with German malts and gently hopped with HMF (Hallertau Mittelfruh), this lager starts easy with a pillow of soft malt and follows through with a noble kiss of HMF hops.
Traditionally brewed & lagered extra long for a smooth and complex interplay between our 4 favorite ingredients. Notes of white tea, fresh dough, wet earth and subtle melon on the finish.
Bold aromas of cinnamon and coconut greet the nose while the vanilla helps to balance and soften those flavors on the palate. Sláinte!

GOLD OPTION (6%): Based on the Irish Potato candy popular in the Philadelphia region around St. Paddy’s Day, this stout has become a Vault Brewing favorite. We conditioned our 6% ABV stout base on toasted coconut, cinnamon, and Madagascar vanilla
On Friday, March 17th we will be hosting a FREE night of music and beers in our Back Bar area with Box of Books— a local folk band that will be playing some Irish tunes to keep you sham-rockin’. The event is free but limited to the first 60 guests due to space.

TRADING FUTURES (7%): New England IPA hopped with Amarillo & El Dorado. A serious juice bomb bursting with notes of papaya, peach rings, and overripe honeydew with a subtle yet welcome bitterness.

Decoction mashing and a four plus hour boil deliver deep and roasted pecans, all of which is buffered by an earthy hop kiss. Unfiltered and naturally carbonated for double drinkability.

LIQUIDATOR (7.1%): Presenting Liquidator, our Doppelbock. Originally brewed by fasting monks as liquid bread. Our iteration is brewed with Munich, Pilsner, and Vienna malts, and German Noble hops.

BANK HOLIDAY (8.0%): Bank Holiday is our Christmas gift to you. A celebratory imperial stout brewed with cacao and peppermint that is sure to bring you cheer and magic. Expect notes of brownies, hot cocoa, and Andes chocolate mints.

This dense, strong beer spent a year in freshly emptied Bourbon barrels from our friends at Boardroom Spirits. The resulting stout is rich in spicy bourbon notes, caramel-like oak sweetness, and a warm, alcoholic finish.
One 4-pack limit.
TOO BIG TO FAIL (13%): Our biggest stout yet was brewed with a wide variety of specialty malts and boiled for many, many hours to concentrate the wort’s sugars and further caramelization.
