@LifeofFitz Also, if you're the one dissenting vote among the core group making the decision on whether he'll be allowed back or not, shouldn't you be asking yourself, "Am I possibly the mistaken one?" It appears the rash decision on removal from the team was due to feelings being hurt.

@kellyinvegas Essentially, does the punishment fit the crime. In this case, unless there is some very damning information that's not released to the public, it doesn't appear to fit.
