They had evidence that the vaccine was effective. A person who is not infected with a virus cannot transmit it. It was not a lie.

@alexmeshkin What Biden said was reasonable. Healthcare workers are not going to give you covid if they are protected against getting covid. And at the time, the vaccine was 95% effective against infection. So his statement was not 'a lie'.
