@clarkshelp Received an email saying my order was in store but when I went to collect was told it hadn’t been delivered. I was told someone would contact me but I’m still waiting. I’ve tried to ring you twice but the wait times are huge. Requested a call back but haven’t had one.

@Hermesparcels I’ve been trying for 2 days to speak to someone about a parcel I’m waiting to be delivered. Great delivery service until you’ve got a problem then your customer service is an absolute joke. Please can I have a number to ring where I can speak to an actual person?!?
