@thenewstribune extremely coercive, deceptive sales tactics. Bought a subscription as a gift on 11/12. Recipient did not want it and within an hour I tried to cancel. The link they sent me to cancel did not work. Online chat and phone agent refusing to reverse.
@jayciesmom@BelleAndBanjo@potterybarn I have read so many threads about the same thing, orders fully paid for, furniture taking months to year to be delivered. Would this be considered deceptive business practices and a class action lawsuit would be in order?

The delivery service said it was at the distribution center. It was never made. Will have waited a year to receive my complete couch from @potterybarn
Update on this. Received my order minus half the couch. I receive this updated order from @potterybarn . Just now getting started with the other half of my sectional. Will be literally waiting a year for my couch. Fully paid! Ridiculous! No response from my DM.
