PSA: Do NOT fly @AmericanAir if you actually need to get somewhere. 2 cancelled flights in 4 days due to “crew changes” and advised by employees to book on another airline bc it happens so many times every day. Some1 from @AmericanAir please get in touch bc CS never called back😑
