Flock Safety sent me a cease-and-desist letter threatening litigation over the cybersecurity research I published on https://t.co/QsaSFsUOBN. A journalist has since shared the email Flock sent its customers, which calls me a malicious actor, says the company has notified law enforcement, and pledges to take my research offline. That email confirmed my thesis. Flock admits that when it closed the issue in December, it found no indication of unauthorized access to its data, and by its own account it only learned of what it now alleges after I published. My thesis is that a company holding the movements of nearly every American, yet unable to detect its own data leaving, is a national security threat, because a foreign adversary will never publish a paper to tip them off. I'm not backing down, so read the documents for yourself and stand with me at https://t.co/aj7KhEVGyt
THIS IS HUGE🚨
ADL CEO Jonathan Greenblatt announced that from now on every complaint of antisemitism online submitted to the ADL is instantly scanned by AI for a potential lawsuit, then fed to a network of 50,000 lawyers.
🚨 #BREAKING: Internet users marked the Flock CEO’s lawn as a “public toilet” after it was revealed he redacted public streetview images of his house for privacy.
🚨#BREAKING: An employee for Flock told a reporter that if he wants privacy, he can "opt out of society."
So that reporter filmed a Flock worker installing a Flock cam on a public road next to his house...
...so Flock called 3 POLICE OFFICERS to pull over THE REPORTER for following them
Yep, you read that right... the surveillance camera company called the cops because someone was surveilling them install surveillance.
The reporter's name is Brendan Keefe.
He's a national investigative reporter who has been digging into Flock and police abuse of its surveillance network since January.
Flock happened to be upgrading a camera about a mile from Keefe's own house, so he parked at a distance, put out his press placard, put on a yellow vest, and pulled out a news camera.
The Flock installer saw him, packed up his ladder, jumped in his vehicle, and took off.
Keefe followed several cars back to document the next installation.
The Flock employee picked up the phone and called 911.
"I work with Flock Safety, and I'm getting followed, harassed pretty much, taking videos and pictures."
Next thing Brenden sees are THREE Georgia police cars with their lights on behind him.
"The reason why I'm stopping you is because there is a vehicle that says that you have been following them."
He was released with no charges.
Because he did nothing wrong.
Filming in public is legal in all 50 states.

Is this how higher dimensional beings see us - every moment at once?
Starting to understand what Vonnegut meant by humans being “great millipedes” - clearly it applies to our four legged friends too!
Geolocated 2d video → per frame 3d gaussians → each left precisely where & when it happened

‼️ BREAKING: Hackers tore down a Flock license plate camera, copied its storage and found an encryption key on the device that unlocked footage of thousands of passing vehicles.
The recovered data covered about 21 days of activity. In that time, the camera photographed roughly 50,000 vehicles and took about 1.6 million images.
Flock had previously told a security researcher that even someone who got into one of its cameras couldn't reach footage, because images stayed on the device only briefly.
Flock calls the removal illegal and said it didn't have enough detail to assess the claims.
Its software also detects people. When researchers ran the camera's own models over 27,321 clips stored on it, they flagged people in 11.
Home owner insurance still wants to use a depreciation model on items when they seem to completely ignore the fact that prices and inflation have gone up. A perfect example is a custom computer which to replace would cost 50% more but they want to pay you 75% of the original cost
This is EXACTLY what’s happening
“The political left mastered an old mass manipulation strategy that lets them push any claim, no matter how radical, wrong, or stupid, into the mainstream without ever having to defend it. And once you know it, you'll see it everywhere, even in daily arguments
It's called the motte and bailey doctrine
- The bailey is the radical, extreme version of a claim
- The motte is the small defensible tower next to it, the mild version of the claim
In the public's mind, the 2 are never actually separated. They live together as one position. So when someone attacks the bailey, the radical version, the motte gets defended instead, the reasonable version.
And because the public sees the motte and bailey as the same claim, successfully defending the motte automatically validates the bailey, too. Attacking the radical position now looks identical to attacking the reasonable one, which makes the radical position untouchable by association”
“This is how the Overton Window is moved, through hundreds of small, unwinnable fights over the motte, each one quietly making the bailey a little more acceptable, a little more mainstream, until what used to be radical is just the new normal. And from there, real political power follows”
Let me give you a real world easy to understand example of this,
Let’s take the Left’s plan to Defund the Police
- The Bailey, the radical claim: Democrats say they want to cut or abolish police departments. Reduce their funding so severely that traditional policing becomes impossible
- The Motte, the mild, defensible version: Democrats say “We just want to reallocate some money to mental health services, social workers, and community programs so the police don’t have to handle everything.”
Here’s how it works, When critics attack the radical version saying something like “You want to abolish the police and leave cities less safe”, the defenders immediately switch to the mild version “No one is saying abolish the police, we just want better resources for communities”
But in reality, they plan us to abolish the police
The Left uses this tactic ALL THE TIME
🚨 Your tax dollars have become the new money-laundering scheme for these corrupt politicians. Governor Hochul has been taking donations from these daycare fraudsters in NYC who receive millions of your taxpayer dollars to operate “adult daycares”
When I exposed the fraud in NYC, Governor Hochul and Mayor Mamdani went completely silent… maybe they didn’t want to offend their donors? 👀
